    Northwest Pallet Services, LLC is one of the nation’s leading pallet supply management corporations. We are looking to hire experienced production lead supervisor to sort and repair wooden pallets inside of our customer’s distribution center.

     

    6:00PM to 6:00AM

    Saturday, Sunday, Monday

    Starting Pay: $13.00/hour

     

    Up to $.50 Pay Increase, Following Successful 90 Day Review

    Responsibilities

    • Providing support to the production manager in the day to day running of the pallet operation inside of our customer’s distribution center.
    • Demonstrating strong customer focus along with a great work ethic.
    • Running a specific shift or multiple shifts. Working alongside employees as well as being an effective team leader.
    • Sorting/Repairing/Loading and Unloading all of our customer’s pallets
    • Training new employees

    Qualifications

    • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
    • The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
    • Continuously bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75-80 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
    • The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.
    • The ability to work a flexible schedule-including weekends and holidays when needed.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work.
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and multiple tasks.
    • Highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Running reports
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
    • At least 2 years of Supervisory experience
    • Forklift Certified

    Work Environment:

    • While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including hot and cold temperatures.
    • Maintains a safe work environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies.
