    Northwest Pallet Services, LLC 


    We are looking to hire experienced Forklift Operator/General Laborer to sort and stage wooden pallets inside of our customer’s distribution center in Findlay, OH.




    Weekend Shift

    Friday, Saturday, Sunday

    6:00AM to 6:30PM

    Starting Pay: $12.00/hour


    Overtime is rare & optional

    • Loading and unloading pallet trailers using a sit-down propane forklift (forklift experience is not required)
    • (If needed) Inspecting pallets and hand sorting pallets
    • Maintaining a clean work environment-sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.


    • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
    • The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
    • Continuously bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
    • The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.
    • Must be 18 years or older


    Work Environment:


    While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including hot and cold temperatures when the Dock doors are open; however, the Distribution Center is A/C Controlled.

    • Show up to work on your scheduled days. Our customer needs Northwest Pallet employees to be reliable and meet our weekly goals and numbers.
    • Be open learn new skills. If you do not have prior experience, we are willing to train the right candidate.
