    We are hiring a Credit and Collections Manager to lead our credit and collections team in the management of customer credit and accounts receivable. The role will focus on administering, designing, and ensuring compliance with credit and collections processes.

    • Own short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the department
    • Improve and standardize credit and collection processes
      • Approval and maintenance of customer credit applications and files
      • Application of new credit lines and payment terms to new supplier and customer accounts
      • Collection of past due accounts
    • Develop short and long-term performance targets
      • Monitor progress against targets and develop and implement improvement initiatives
      • Communicate progress against targets to executive leadership
    • Manage a 3-4 person team and enforce highly collaborative cross-functional relationships


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Accounting/Finance
    • Prior management experience in credit & collections
    • Experience with both brokerage and manufacturing preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex problems and implement effective solutions
    • Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches
    • Ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
