    We are hiring a Systems Administrator to identify and implement opportunities to better utilize systems throughout the company. The role will focus on maintaining, programming, and configuring NetSuite, the ERP system the company currently uses.

    Responsibilities

    • Development of application tables/panels/reports and individual modules and functions in NetSuite to support evolving business needs
    • Integrate third party software, develop external interfaces, and maintain technical documentation
    • Test new NetSuite features and troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functions and capabilities
      • Gain an understanding of the business and needs of the users
      • Train users in new or useful NetSuite functions
      • Provide technical support to NetSuite users and ensure data integrity and security
    • Provide input in the development or modification of currently established processes and procedures to drive efficiency
    • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies and best practices required to support and improve the business

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Information Sciences & Technology or related field
    • 3+ years administrative experience with NetSuite
      • Creating custom records, workflows, and scripts
      • Developing individual modules, custom functions, and dashboards
      • Writing reports and creating saved searches
      • Integrating external systems
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex problems and implement effective solutions
    • Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches
    • Ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
